RUNDOWN:

PRO:
It is readily available in major retailers.
CON:
For a "drugstore" foundation it is slightly more expensive than what we normally see.
PRO:
The packaging is unique and great in quality.
CON:
The packaging makes it more vulnerable to germs building up and ending up on your face, since you have to dip either your brush/fingers repeatedly back into the glass container to get the product out.
PRO:
You only need to use a small amount of product each time.
CON:
Since it is a "mousse" texture, it will emphasize the dry areas on your face.
PRO:
It blends easily.
CON:
There is a limited color selection.
PRO:
It has medium coverage.
CON:
You cannot build the foundation up to get more coverage because it will cake.
PRO:
It is pigmented enough to cover redness.
CON:
It doesn't last all day, without a great primer.
PRO:
It actually does give a pore-less complexion.

Honestly, if you oily skin this foundation is for you. If you have dry skin or dry areas on your face make sure to use an excellent moisturizer. As with most drugstore foundations, you need to also have an excellent primer in order to make it last all day.  If you are just starting out with makeup in general or trying foundations for a first time , this is great for you because it blends easily. If you have problems with pores or redness this is also a great foundation to use. If you did not like the Maybelline Mousse line, you most likely will not like this either.

Would I purchase this again? The answer is No. Only, because I like cream or liquid foundations better for my skin.

THING I CANNOT COMMENT ON:

If this will break you out:
I have sensitive skin and it did not break me out, but will it break you out?
I don't know because everyone has a different skin type, what you use as primer and how that interacts with the foundation, etc.

What I used to apply the foundation with:
It all depends on the person, if you have good foundation brushes and you know how to use them that is one thing or if you are better at using your hands, it all depends of what you are best at.

Hope this helps you.
Much Love <3
